Purpose and Role
- Build a network for friendship, mutual support, and assistance among Vietnamese students currently studying at Yeungnam University
- Provide guidance and information through new student orientation, campus tours, TOPIK test information sessions, and other helpful resources
- Promote Vietnamese culture and enhance cultural exchange by participating in university and local community events
Activity Strategies
- Organize welcome events for new students and create guidebooks
- Operate academic study groups (TOPIK preparation, scholarships, major-related studies, etc.)
- Host events for Vietnamese national holidays (e.g., National Day, Independence Day)
- Establish official communication channels (Facebook, email, etc.)
- Expand cooperation with other university Vietnamese student associations
Future Goals
- Establish systematic and professional operations: clarify association regulations and define roles and responsibilities of executive members
- Strengthen academic links: organize academic seminars, scholarship information sessions, and career development workshops
- Build brand image: expand participation in large-scale and promotional events on and off campus
- Promote Vietnamese culture: actively engage in international exchange activities and events to promote Vietnamese culture both domestically and internationally
